In Peru, the sexual exploitation of girls, boys and adolescents is a crime severely punished, according to current legislation. Having sexual relations with minors is a crime in our country.
We promote the permanent campaign developed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), and we absolutely refrain from offering, marketing or providing tourist services that violate the rights of minors.
