1. Reservations and payments
To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit specified at the time of requesting the service is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the agreed services.

Any cancellation request must be made in writing. Cancellations requested less than 30 days in advance may be subject to fines or penalties for administrative and logistical expenses.
Peru Exploration acts as operator and intermediary. We are not responsible for losses, damages or delays resulting from force majeure, weather or actions of third parties such as airlines and railway entities.
